Product Returns
When shopping at Eve & Me, you have a 14-day return policy.
If you wish to return a mat, it must be in its original packaging so that it can be resold as new in order for us to process the return. This means the cardboard tape should still be around the mat, and the mat should be returned in the rectangular box it came in.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item over 449 DKK, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please send us an email at hello@everleighandme.dk.
